Asset Management

Our in-house Asset Management team works in an oversight role on property operations. They also coordinate various capital market initiatives, Quarterly Quality Review initiatives and various audits and trending across the portfolio. .

Responsibilities of the Asset Management Team:

Investment Underwriting

Asset Management works closely with our in-house Development Team to underwrite each market and project, create the proper capital structure and integrate the results with our senior executive team.

Managing The Capital Stack

They work with a variety of both equity and debt providers to source the financing of each new construction cycle, as well as match up interim and permanent financing for our existing assets.

Monitoring Asset Performance

Asset Management is the company's watchdog for asset performance. Each asset is individually tracked to budget and benchmarked against other properties. In addition to this, they manage the Quarterly Quality Review, which audits each property on an 800+ point checklist each quarter.

Continual Feedback from the Field

Our asset management company conducts our quarterly 360-degree feedback interviews with each staff at all of our properties. This information is provided directly to the executive management committee for review.

Investor Relations

They are the go-between for our company and our debt and equity partners.
