Within Campus Crest, sustainability is an evolutionary and systemic way of thinking. It begins with how we select, design and build our projects, affects how we maintain The Grove properties and influences Campus Crest and Grove culture. Accordingly, as we continue to improve our sustainability efforts Company-wide, we think in terms of the four major spheres of our business:

Sustainability efforts are guided by TREES (or "Team Trees"), a collective Campus Crest employees representing each of the four major business groups listed above. TREES stands for:

To date, Team Trees has led programs to improve the efficiency of the Company's building prototype, pursue LEED?span> certification at certain projects, reduce consumption of paper and other recyclable materials, and improve environmental awareness Company-wide.
